A true Matriarch in every way: stoic, wise, loving, caring & giving.  A Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother - affectionately known to her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren as Nan, Nanny and Great Nan.

Elsie Isted was a wonderful person who brought laughter and love to everyone she met.  A lady who never let anything hold her back and whom had a very real tangible zest for life.  Her natural drive, her 'get up and go' saw her dancing through life, travelling the world on holidays and visiting all of her family and whenever she could.  Her laughter was her signature and one could not help but gravitate toward her.  Her home - 8 Watermill Close, has been the family continuum throughout births, deaths and marriages, a place synonymous with laughter, love, nurture, care, and family get together's.  Respected and loved deeply by her family, her passing has created an immeasurable hole in all of their lives that simply cannot nor could not, ever been be filled or sealed. Loved always, missed forever. xx
